A safe, confidential, and supportive space to explore the challenges you're facing, including those related to domestic abuse and emotional well being.
A flexible, client-led approach—whether you're seeking short-term mental health support or long-term therapy for emotional well-being.
A compassionate, trauma-informed perspective, shaped by both professional training and personal experience, to help you navigate the effects of trauma.
Practical tools, including mindfulness, breathwork, and nature-based therapy, to help manage anxiety and distress outside of the therapy room.

Face-to-face therapy in a warm and private therapy room can be a crucial part of your journey towards healing from domestic abuse and enhancing your emotional well-being.
For those seeking flexibility and accessibility, online sessions provide essential support tailored to your needs.
Walking therapy offers a unique approach by combining movement and conversation in a natural setting, which can be particularly beneficial for processing trauma.
Additionally, therapeutic gardening integrates nature-based therapy activities to foster emotional healing and self-discovery.
Whether we collaborate through traditional counselling or explore nature-based therapy, my goal is to support you in finding inner peace, strength, and clarity.
You don’t have to navigate this journey alone. If you’re ready to take the first step towards healing, I’m here to walk alongside you. To move towards a life that feels more balanced, empowered, and hopeful.

Many people find themselves struggling with anxiety, depression, or feeling stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand. Reaching out for support can feel difficult, but it can also be the first step toward healing and change.
I offer a compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences safely and at your own pace. My work supports individuals facing a wide range of challenges including trauma, domestic and sexual abuse, addiction, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, baby loss, and more.
Alongside my professional training, I also bring lived experience of addiction, mental health struggles, childhood trauma, dysfunctional relationships, and domestic abuse. This personal insight deepens my empathy and understanding, helping me to build authentic, trusting therapeutic relationships with the people I work with.

Sessions cost £65 and last for 50 minutes.
Concessionary rates are available for those affected by domestic abuse and those in receipt of Universal credit

I first came to psychotherapy as a client nearly ten years ago, and it was truly life-changing. It helped me find clarity in the chaos and begin a journey of healing and self-discovery.
Now, as a qualified and experienced therapist, I offer that same opportunity for change to my clients—a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment and at your own pace.
Since 2019, I have worked with Sutton Women’s Centre, delivering the Freedom Program—an educational program supporting survivors of domestic abuse. I have also provided domestic abuse training to London Borough of Sutton employees.
I also run support groups for women survivors of Domestic Abuse and I am also a qualified IDSVA- Independent Domestic & Sexual Violence Advisor.
I am an integrative counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). My approach draws from a range of therapeutic methods, but my core focus is person-centred therapy.
This means that our sessions will be tailored to you—your unique experiences, needs, and goals. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support and guide you in exploring new insights, shifting perspectives, and fostering self-compassion.
I am based in Wallington, but I offer sessions in various locations across Surrey, Greater London, and online, including nature-based therapy for those affected by domestic abuse and trauma.
